3. Why we use it (lawful basis)
- To fulfil your order or booking — contract.
- To respond to enquiries — legitimate interests.
- To comply with tax, accounting and consumer-protection law — legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with trusted processors:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — sending order confirmation and notification emails.
- Supabase — hosted database for order records.
- Couriers — for delivery only.

Order records: 6 years (to meet HMRC obligations). Contact enquiries: up to 2 years. Technical logs: up to 90 days.
6. International transfers
Some processors (e.g. Stripe, Resend) may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK-approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
