Berkin Solutions Limited is a company registered in the United Kingdom. We supply plants, floral arrangements, gardening tools and garden maintenance items, and provide garden design, planting, maintenance and tool repair services.

2. Placing an order
- By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- A contract is formed when we send you written confirmation of acceptance of your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
- Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe. For larger service projects we may take a deposit and balance.
4. Products and services
We make every effort to display products accurately. Live plants and floral arrangements are natural products and may vary slightly in size, colour and form from the images shown. Services are performed with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes on full payment.
- If no-one is available to accept a perishable delivery and the courier leaves the parcel, we are not liable for any deterioration.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

7. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to Berkin Solutions Limited and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any order or booking is limited to the price paid by you for the relevant goods or services.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, supplier failure, illness, strikes or government action.
